Refund policy

Returns

Unapologetic will be happy to accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered purchased online for store credit. We do not accept exchanges due to inventory. Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of delivery date. Please allow 7-9 business days for returns to be processed. You will be issued a store credit code via email or phone number provided. 

Damaged Items

If you have received a defective item please email makayla@unapologeticga.com within 2 business days, with a picture to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified of the defective item within 2 business days, it will not be eligible for a return. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling. 

 

All shoes, jewelry, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order unless the order has already been shipped.

Shipping

To make sure you receive the correct return credit amount, you must request a return authorization request for each order/ item you are sending back and submit the completed form. You can place multiple items in one package and must include the packing slip or invoice including ALL items you wish to return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
